My boiler failed over the New Year holiday but Terry made every effort to come out and look at the job. The boiler was over 25 years old and really needed to be replaced. I had to wait a few days because of their workload but they did their best to fit me in asap. Received calls in the evening to keep me informed.Installation engineer very professional and courteous. Work clean and tidy. Dangerous flue pipe highlighted (split in half) and replaced. I would recommend 5 Star without reservation.

Excellent. Terry kept in regular contact prior to the job. He arrived on time and listened carefully to our explanation of the problem. He fitted a system magnet and gave the heating system a thorough flushing out, explaining carefully what he was doing/had done at all points. He was a clean and tidy, thorough tradesman who worked carefully and at a terrific rate. He was pleasant, cheerful and polite at all times.His bill was reasonable and though it wasn't the cheapest it represented good value for money. We shall definitely use him again.

Terry was a life saver. After being let down by another plumber Terry and his team stepped in at very short notice and fitted our new outside boiler. We can say Terry has done a fantastic job and even came back out at short notice earlier this month after we let the oil run out, but not fazed he fitted us in and completed the work and instantly we had hot water and heating again.Highly recommended for being professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Hubby is disabled had to contact my builder on a Sunday as boiler went down five star heating only business to reply Terry came out same day as promised gas had to be shut off as I had a bad leak boiler shot new 1 being fitted at a reasonable price if gas leak wasn't sorted quickly we could have had a problem not only 5 stars but 10 out of 10 from us

5 Star Heating were absolute rock stars. They contacted me promptly and at the busiest time of the year in Cornwall were able to fit in a landlord gas safety certificate and boiler service at very short notice. They were very accommodating as we were in a bit of a jam and their engineer Ashley was excellent. Five star gave us helpful information before the job (to ensure we had working CO2 alarms) and were fast and thorough. Highly recommend.
