Hubby is disabled had to contact my builder on a Sunday as boiler went down five star heating only business to reply Terry came out same day as promised gas had to be shut off as I had a bad leak boiler shot new 1 being fitted at a reasonable price if gas leak wasn't sorted quickly we could have had a problem not only 5 stars but 10 out of 10 from us

5 Star Heating were absolute rock stars. They contacted me promptly and at the busiest time of the year in Cornwall were able to fit in a landlord gas safety certificate and boiler service at very short notice. They were very accommodating as we were in a bit of a jam and their engineer Ashley was excellent. Five star gave us helpful information before the job (to ensure we had working CO2 alarms) and were fast and thorough. Highly recommend.

Terry was brilliant, he attended to service our 15 year old gas boiler and found major faults . He advised it was really not worth repairing and was able to supply and fit a new one within 48 hours. Both Terry and his apprentice were extremely polite and professional, and took great care not to leave any mess behind. We look forward to a great working relationship with 5 Star Heating for all our future plumbing and heating requirements.

An excellent expert plumber that saw the problem with my boiler and fixed immediately. I would recommend him as he was polite, carried out the work efficiently without having to go for any spares (carried them in his van) and did charge the earth, just £67 call out fee, the cost of new parts and also carried out a well overdue service. Thank you very much for coming out so quickly.

Everyone from Jessica at reception to Ashley engineer were friendly, polite, very helpful and professional. Job was completed same day, no fuss. Would recommend and definately use them again.
