The plumber was unable to solve the problem but did confirm it was not caused by a leaking pipe above ground. He recommended a firm to look at the drains and they were able to sort it. The plumber came quickly and was very helpful. Couldnt ask for more in the circumstances.

Terry was available and willing to help at this time, so near to Christmas, where many other tradesmen choose not too. He was and still is completely booked up but I did not feel that my job was rushed or too much for him. He is a professional and conscientious person and was keen to get my boiler up and functioning asap. Even though I didn't know Terry and I had no recommendations from friends or family, once meeting him, I felt confident that I would be getting a truthful diagnoses and realistic cost. I am really so happy I made contact with Terry and I have made the decision to use him for future servicing and other jobs that may come up.

5 Star heating installed a complete oil central heating system for us including oil tank, a base, new wall, boiler ,15 radiators and associated plumbing.All tradesmen involved were skilled very professional and courteous. The main plumbing was undertaken by Dean and his assistant Aaron who were quiet ,polite and have completed a superb first class job for us.Nothing was too much trouble for them and Terry, we couldn't have asked for more.We would highly recommend Terry and his team for such exceptional service!

Terry is friendly and professional, with excellent customer service and communication skills. He kept us updated throughout the process, which took all of two days from posting the job to completion of the work! He explained everything he was going to do and discussed the various options with me, so I felt in control of what was going on. I now have a much better understanding of gas flues! On the basis of our experience, we have asked him to quote us for some further work. And the dog loves him, so he can't be bad.

Fantastic service, installing a new gas cooker in the run up to Christmas. Really can't be faulted. Wouldn't have had a Christmas dinner without Terry - working right up to the wire when lots of other tradesmen weren't even answering the phone. Highly recommended

Very happy with all the work carried out, and the information given to me, on completion cleared all the parts and rubbish from my old boiler, yes would recommend Terry to anyone.

Terry came out to do my annual boiler service, and did a first class job all good and very satisfied with the work that was carried out.
