After initial confusion on booking date. The 5 star team came out the next day and swiftly found the issue, ordered the parts and returned the following day to complete the fix.I would use their services again.

I received a Nest Learning Thermostat (smart thermostat) from my work at a discounted rate and as I have no experience with wiring or heating systems I really wanted it set up by a professional. Terry was exactly that, he has a great deal of experience in this area from his previous work and put my mind at ease straight away. He gave a me an extremely reasonable quotation and I decided to go ahead with him.He came out as my earliest convenience and helped me to get set up. We had to have it done over 2 visits as I needed some extra parts, he was very understanding about this and helped me find what I was looking for, he then got caught up on a job before me on the second visit and rather that rearranging, he came over late in the evening and carried on working to see the job through!!Terry is a really likeable and down to earth gent, he was great with my dogs and cats and extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in calling him back again for more work if I needed it and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone that needs any work doing that is within his scope!Thanks again Terry, you are a legend 👌👌👌

Terry has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He contacted me immediately after posting the ad, arranged a time to come and diagnose the problem and offered advice on how best to fix the issue. He ordered the parts needed and fitted them promptly, all at a reasonable price. As well as being a very friendly and honest bloke, he is clearly very good at what he does. I will be using Terry for any gas or plumbing issues I have in the future and would recommend that you do the same.

Terry was prompt in contacting me and very pleasant. Arranged date and time arriving exactly as he said he would with a smile. He looked at the job and explained our options; once a decision was made the work was completed in a timely manner and on finishing showed and explained all he had done. Everything cleaned and tidied as he went along. I definitely would recommend Terry
