5 star review , 1st class service . Terry explained the problems and solutions to both jobs as well as other ways to run the boiler (legitimate) Prompt attendeance and un obtrucive whilst working meant I could watch the tv in peace (afternoon tv , not good ) Will use 5 star again for anual service or any other problems (heaven forbid).Reasonably charged for work done, no problems there either .

Terry sorted out our oil boiler last night, turned out to be quite a few issues with it but he serviced it and got it all working for us, cant thank him enough, would highly recommend.

Job never done as confusion over requirements brought it all to a standstill .

I have been very impressed by Terry's speedy response (immediate) to my request for quotes re a corroding leaking tank even on a Saturday evening. His manner is helpful, reassuring and professional. We arranged a time to view the job within 24 hours and I have every confidence he would have given a competitive quote. As it transpired my insurance have stepped in at the last minute, having originally refused to assist, and I have cancelled Terry. He was extremely congenial about this and even happy for us which is lovely as he has effectively lost a job. I would have no qualms in contacting Terry again should I need a plumbing quote/job.

Excellent customer service. Identified the problems with the boiler quickly. He was able to explain concisely and showed clear expertise about what the possible options could be.He was extremely helpful and showed real understanding about my needs as a customer.I would heartily recommend Terry and will be using his company in future for heating services.

Terry was absolutely great. We moved into our new home and had no heating. Terry came around very quickly. We needed a new boiler and Terry got this installed really quickly. We now have a lovely warm new home. Would highly recommend Saville Heating.
