The guys got in touch after I posted an emergency job about my boiler - I'd spent the morning trying to work it out myself and Terry called while I was researching parts. He offered really friendly, no obligation advice and I ended up sorting it myself! As and when my boiler finally bites it, I'll definitely be in touch.😊

Fantastic experience with Terry - answered our post and rang instantly, booking us in straight away for a job we were keen to do asap. Terry arrived exactly on time at the beginning of the next day, explained the job in hand (giving us multiple options depending on budget) and completed everything with a smile to a great standard, putting up with a bit of morning madness in our house at the same time! Great service even though really busy came out as soon as he could Terry was a top guy. Couldn't fix the boiler as not repairable but on it straight away with sorting out new hopefully getting us up and running soon. Couldn't of been better customer service.

Great quick call out and good value for money

Neil the plumber came to visit. Very nice chap. Very knowledgeable. He adjusted the temperature valve on the shower control. I was present so that I was happy with the range of water temperature from cool to hot. That didn't take too long. He then removed the bath panel, showed me the TMV which was preventing the bath water from being hot enough. He adjusted that to its hottest setting and finally put the bath panel back on. He neatly reapplied the silicon to complete the job. It was good, tidy work. The whole visit lasted around 45 minutes. The charge was £81.

Ashley and colleague turned up on time were friendly and efficient, did a good job, didn't make any mess, and explained what they were doing in a clear manner. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Terry was a total star and came late to sort the boiler out. Very friendly and efficient. Definitely will use again
