Terry was really professional and friendly while advising and installing our new boiler.He is great with communication and explaining the issues so we understood all the work being carried out and costs involved. I would recommend Terry, we left our key out for him to gain access and all the work carried out is running smoothly! Couldn't ask for a better service.So cosy and warm now hooray!!

I would just like to mention how pleased we were with Ashley and his attitude whilst he was here installing the new boiler. Very courteous and professional. Even when I had some unexpected errands to run, he was happy to work alone and look out for some someone else arriving for another job on site.

I highly recommend 5 Star Heating, Terry was very quick to contact me. So pleased with the work carried out by Dean and Aaron, both being very polite, also efficient, reliable and tidy workers, took away all of the old boiler plus all of the rubbish and cleaned up after themselves. Terry was on time and was a very happy chap. He did the job in good time and charged exactly what he had quoted so 10 out of 10. We will definitely have some more work to send his way.

Terry arrived promptly and carried out a thorough assessment of the boiler. His knowledge of boilers is fascinately extensive, having pointed out the function of the boiler in relation to the fault he quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and remedied it immediately. Very professional job, I wish I had other CH faults, He is good!!
