Terry called straight away, and arranged to come later in the day. His service was great, really thorough, informative and very friendly. He sorted out the problem straight away, explained the issues around it and gave info for future services available. Lovely manner, great service. easy payment facility too. Definitely hire again.

It looked like an easy job, but like all things in life, it can take more time than planned without a 100% resolution.We did get the main task completed. Just connecting to my phone didn't want to work. But the service was prompt and friendly.

I posted the job Saturday, Terry phoned Tuesday to ask what time was convenient for me. He was here Wednesday and boiler was all fixed. He is an absolutely lovely chap, we couldn't have asked for a nicer man. We would highly recommend. 5 * service.. Just brilliant.

Terry is a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Fixed the problem in twenty minutes. Is coming back to replace a worn part that had to be ordered, he isn't charging me until the new part is fitted and working. Great customer service will definately reccomend.
