From the outset the engagement with Terry from 5 Star heating was great. He was informative offering both choice but also experience. The amount of feedback and communications also coming from Terry were also fantastic, sometimes you feel left out and needing to chase but in this case every step was communicated and any decision I needed to make asked for promptly allowing for the work package to be completed very quickly with no drama. Excellent friendly service from the first phone call to Terry's visit at 7.30am next morning. Problem solved efficiently explaining each step. Even gave us a quick lesson on setting our central heating timer. Highly recommend.

Terry was superb, nothing too much trouble and carried out the work efficiently at very good value for money. Stayed in touch confirming the appointment the night before and again confirming he was his way and arrived on time. We will certainly use him again without hesitation.

WOW, Terry was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I've dealt with many tradespeople in the past but being new to the area was unsure who to use. Terry was genuine, knew what he was talking about and understood my needs. He completed the jobs to a very high standard, leaving all areas clean, neat & tidy upon completion.
