Terry responded promptly to my initial job ad. He was always pleasant and polite, kept us well-informed at all times and gave good advice (which we took) regarding the scope of work, choice of equipment and pricing. Not only was the job completed according to plan but also Terry diagnosed a couple of additional faults with the boiler controls of which we were not aware and which, if left unaddressed, might have led to significant problems. I would not hesitate to employ him again.

5 Star Heating are a very friendly group who fitted a new cooker and took away the old one. All done very efficiently and left the kitchen area very tidy. There was a delay by their suppliers and they phoned to explain and kept me in touch with any traffic delays etc. I have no hesitation in recommending them.Stuart Guppy

We had a small window to get the job done and Terry fitted us in to a packed programme. He carried out services on our gas boiler and hob and fitted a thermostat/timer to the heating system. He checked the flue, meter, smoke and carbon dioxide alarms. All the above was done very efficiently. Would highly recommend.

I have just moved to the area and Jessica of 5 Star provided me with really useful local information about skilled trades people that she could recommend, all of whom have been reliable and trustworthy people who do a good job.Regarding the gas work done, it was to a very high standard and by a young man I felt completely safe with in the house. He was friendly and polite and was willing to take the time to explain things to me.5 Star Gas is a 5 Star company, who offer much more than just getting the job done. I would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent service boiler fixed and working in less than 24 hours! A little more expensive than I expected but it was worth it to get the job done.
