I had a service contract with British Gas. When the boiler broke down we called them out to repair it. Part needed was obsolete and condemned the boiler. New boiler needed but couldn't send gas engineer out for 3 weeks to do the survey. So no heating or hot water in February for 3 weeks. Terry came out immediately, job completed in a couple of days. Had a couple of problems to overcome, which he did, Including a gas leek we didnt know we had!! Highly recommend him. As I write this, we would still be waiting for the survey to be done if we waited for British Gas.
