We put the job on he came quite quick because he said he was near and can pop around in the evening he found out the problem and said he'll get back in contact with what we need but still waiting and then he wanted a call out charge which took us by surprise (ask before hiring) so he could just go around doing that to make easy money without doing hardly anything. We would of given him the job but NO not now because there is no communication at all from him it's been two weeks

Called to tell me he would be delayed due to an very busy day with many emergency call outs. As it got later, I expected that my routine boiler service would be cancelled and re arranged, but Terry arrived after 6pm to complete the job and finally left to go home for the evening around 7pm. A very hardworking and reliable man and I would recommend him to anyone. Very pleased with the quality and the charge for the work done. Thank you Terry. Tracey Binding Truro

Terry did an absolutely excellent job. He was extremely efficient and helpful.

I have been impressed by the speed with which 5 Star Heating paid a site visit and produced a quote for the work required but the job is not scheduled to start for another fortnight.

I cannot recommend Terry highly enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, provides great customer service, and his work is of the highest standard. An absolute pleasure to deal with.Having been impressed with Terry when he fixed our leak, we also asked him to re-route our boiler's condensate pipe which another tradesman had unsafely connected to the sink waste. Very happy with the work done.

Only asked for a quote yesterday and Terry arrived thisevening and completed our service- fantastic communication from the start and it was clear he knew what he was doing and provided us with a great breakdown of the work undertaken and how to keep our boiler running efficiently.
